Your Opinion of Sprint/Nextel...

meh. all companies are essentially the same. just sign up with whoever has the phone you want.

i worked for nextel / then sprint for 7 years...one of the worst run companies (sprint) in the history of modern economics...

sign up for sprints network, billing, and customer sat. issues at your own risk...

I moved to Sprint about 8 years ago, ironically after a billing dispute with Nextel. I would give them a B for coverage and a C+ for support. On a few occasions I have had to move up the customer service chain or even get to the service cancellation stage before the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

when i had my company phone, it had the worst reception ever. it'd go in & out from diff places in my house.

None of my friends that had Spint/Nextel liked it at all.

Sprint is awesome. They had a plan called "Sero" where you payed only $30 bucks a month for 1000 minutes and unlimited text and data. Think the plan ended this past June.

Bumping this. I am looking to make a decision of whether to try Sprint's 30 day trail period this month. A few more opinions would be helpful. Thanks.
