Yep! As has been told, Mad Dog 357 actually represents its "true" rating of 357,000.

Still way too hot.

Amazing those names lead to sales. I've never had a hot sauce bother me in the bathroom. Don't quite understand, are they for gag gifts I ASSume?

Managed to get my hands on some Xtra Hot. The local grocer doesn't always carry it. Great for Cesars.

I’m probably a 98%-er when it comes to spicy. It’s never been a chest thumping type thing for me, but definitely a source of dopamine to get a good sweat on during a meal. When you’re that far into it, It’s a fine line and easy to overshoot. Certainly have found myself in agonizing regret during and after, so to speak.

I agree with everyone on the Cholula. Not really a hot sauce but has anyone used Mike's Hot Honey? My sister turned me on to it. It doesn't work on everything, I had it on fried Cauliflower and it was freakin great.

Believe it or not, she uses it on this Soppressata and hot pepper pizza pizza she makes. And it works. It's really good, the hot and sweet work surprisingly well together.

Three new arrivals. That's it. No more...At least for a while. I'm going to start blending and maybe a blind taste that will probably cause me to actually go blind. (I might select one and blend it with honey since I can't get Mike's).

That really sucks! I found a Gourmet Warehouse that will ship a 12oz bottle to NS starting as low as $26. The bottle only costs $12.99.

EDIT- Lady Jane Mike's website shows that they ship to your neck of the woods but I don't know your postal code so I can't see what their shipping charges would be.

Call me old fashioned but I like Texas Pete for a general “hot” sauce. It’s not very hot, but just enough to give a kick and very forgiving since it’s nearly impossible to put too much on your food. I love it on eggs, some pasta dishes, sandwiches I want to jazz up etc. It also compliments salt, pepper and garlic well.
