Amazing those names lead to sales. I've never had a hot sauce bother me in the bathroom. Don't quite understand, are they for gag gifts I ASSume?

Managed to get my hands on some Xtra Hot. The local grocer doesn't always carry it. Great for Cesars.

I agree with everyone on the Cholula. Not really a hot sauce but has anyone used Mike's Hot Honey? My sister turned me on to it. It doesn't work on everything, I had it on fried Cauliflower and it was freakin great.

Three new arrivals. That's it. No more...At least for a while. I'm going to start blending and maybe a blind taste that will probably cause me to actually go blind.
(I might select one and blend it with honey since I can't get Mike's). |

Call me old fashioned but I like Texas Pete for a general “hot” sauce. It’s not very hot, but just enough to give a kick and very forgiving since it’s nearly impossible to put too much on your food. I love it on eggs, some pasta dishes, sandwiches I want to jazz up etc. It also compliments salt, pepper and garlic well.
