I am not certain which is which but the fitment for e90 vs. E92/e93 are different. One fitment is slightly longer. However, I've seen people make it work somehow.

I decided to go with Active Autowerke TP because it did not require welding. The fitment was perfect and everything was pretty much plug & play.

E92/3 has longer tips, so the E90 exhaust may appear sunken in a bit. I've seen E90s run E92/3 exhausts with a diffuser and it can work in some cases without looking too ridiculous.
