When I start up the car there's a 10% chance of the front two turning signals mixing. It gets really frustrating because I don't know what it is and It's confusing drivers. What can it be?

OK - that's actually a problem. Crazy.

Some module, somewhere, controls that. How it can get things mixed up I have absolutely no idea.
