Exxon Mobil sent me a gift

So apparently because I use premium gas and am a member they are sending me a gift. Any of you get something similar just curious what it might be.

Sure thing! Yeah makes sense if you drive a car that requires premium or at least 89 and you use 91. Also the mobile app let you use Apple Pay at the pump which is why I like it, since swiping a physical card carries a risk that someone could be skimming your info and engaging in identity theft and fraud on your CC. You'll have to earn a certain number of points to get the gift and get to premium member status.

Signed up. Nice thing is that I can use Apple Pay. It was the last holdout and buying gas is the only time I need to fish out my actual physical credit card.

Also you get discounts on gas. Same with the shell app but no Apple Pay. You can use your Ralph's card to get a discount at Shell or their rewards program. Other brands have their own discount rewards program might as well get them all as long as there isn't any cost to sign up or member dues. They also have their own CCs but I avoid those as I get cash back on gas with my existing CC and don't want too many hard inquiries.

The shell app doesn’t work, won’t send me a confirmation link. But the Sunoco app was easy, and it uses Apple Pay. Yay!

Update, got the shell app to work but seems more complicated to use, but it does take Apple Pay. Yay!

I'll have to look into it. Awhile ago it was only Mobil that had Apple Pay maybe the others are catching up.

So I got the gift today. Came in a fancy box. It's a stainless steel coffee mug and a physical rewards plus premium card plus $10 coupon for Mobil 1 oil. I've been earning more points lately so I get $1 off every other fill up or so.
