When will Formula E use longer tracks?
When is Formula E going to race on real tracks? Not these shortened street tracks. Wonder how many laps a Formula E car could do around Monza?

When battery life lasts more than 10 minutes. I doubt any of these cars can get to turn 3 at Monza

I’ve tried to watch it; and fall asleep.
And I like EV’s generally. |

Today's Monza Grand Prix is 3.6 miles, but only 11 turns; today's gen2 Formula E cars could do maybe 20 laps, with a top speed around 186 mph.
Formula E is more Monaco than Monza. In fact Monaco is on this year's calendar - sadly, again in the 1.1-mile short-track setup instead of the full 2-mile setup. I'd also prefer Formula E run the full-length tracks, and just do what laps they can. At Monaco, we'll probably see BMW Andretti's FE do 53 short laps, while Mercedes' F1 will do 78 full laps.
