Indeed, I'm very surprised the reckoning hasn't occurred already. I've spent the last 8 years paying off every ounce of debt I had. Took out the credit cards, car payments, student loans, etc. If I can't pay cash now, I don't buy it. I have one credit card I use for gas and groceries etc. to get some points and cashback on the card, but I immediately pay off everything within 24 hours with online banking. Debt really, really angers the hell out of me. If I pay interest on anything at this point I feel like a complete sucker. The hell with making other companies and bankers rich on the back of my labor.

From an accounting standpoint, it is interesting to note that, if the X1 were not classified as a passenger car, the BMW Passenger Car sales YTD would be significantly less optimistic. The numbers also reflect that the X3 and the X5 support most of the SAV sales.
