now that's a new one
I got invited to a Mazda event, where one would drive the MX-5 Miata.
"Note: All participants must have a valid US driver's license, be over 18, sign a waiver form and pass a Breathalyzer test..." At the launch of the 7, and the 991 911, BMW and Porsche served alcohol. All I wanna do, is a Zoom Zoom Zoom in the boom boom. |

I did the same event a while back, also had to take the breathalyzer. Drove it on a track which was nice, but it needs more power and some suspension work to be really fun.

Doesn't mean they won't serve alcohol at this event. It didn't say you can't drink all it said was you have to PASS a breathalyzer (>.08)

I can imagine Mazda (or any manufacturer) would be under a lot of heat if someone was driving under the influence and wrecked a car at an official event. I don't see the problem here.

I will gladly supply you with "clean breath" so you can pass for a fee of course. And may I recommend "NFL" branded pressure gauges? 40% of the time they work every time
