Everywhere should implement this. Both going too fast or too slow should get a ticket

Time to move to Washington! Kudos to them. If going too fast gets you a ticket then going too slowly should get you one too. It is just simply inconsiderate to block left lanes when there are plenty of empty spots in the right lane.

Meh, less fines and more M230 chin mounted chain guns. I'll get 'em out of the way faster than the one time.
