They are being over paid! they dont deserve 10% of their salaries!!
Just look at all the GT models, i8, i3, 3 series GC, interior for the 3 series, X1, X3, X5, X6 prototype, 7 series prototype. Are they that blind???

Products that have won plaudits for both exterior and interior designs and generate huge sales for BMW and break totally new ground for design , open up new markets and new niches. And forever change the perspective of the automobile industry in general.
