Whose workouts do you follow?!

Just curious as to who's workouts you guys get yours from

I get my work outs from Tmw aka Hodgetwins, Scott herman, sixpackabs, and victor costa!

I also make my own every now & then & turn out to be quite effective!

You can follow or check them out on youtube!

Got into insanity for 3 weeks but stopped because of school, it wasn't that hard to do it religiously but if I missed one week, I punished my self to start at week 1.

But usually do my own thing, play ball and lift weights to get tone and sweat going.

I've been doing a typical bodybuilding split forever. I still do a bodybuilding type workout for the most part, but lately have been focusing on more "starting strength" so lots of squatting, bench and deadlifts

you think insanity is mostly to get you ripped or also helps you get bigger?

Just started the workout that Hardy did to prepare for his role as Bane.

It's alot of full body, power exercises.

I'm just using the exercises, came up with my own rep/set range and added in a couple little things that I like to do in order to change it up and increase the intensity.

Otherwise I make up my own thing every 3-5 months.

Insanity. Finishing up second round in 10 days.

2 rounds is enough though, I'll most likely moving on to P90X, just to stir things up.

i'm sorry but scott herman doesn't really know what he's doing. watch a lot of his videos and you'll see him get flamed for incorrect form etc. just because he can move a lot of weight doesn't mean he knows what he's doing.

check out kevin levrone, a legendary body builder who is now off roids and started a website offering free training videos and nutrition tips: www.levrone.com. i haven't been keeping up with a lot of his stuff recently, but definitely check out his old "transformation" videos (you can find them on his site or his youtube channel levrone2000), where he goes into detail about form, sets, reps, supersets/dropsets, etc.

i'm also a fan of victor costa

good luck!

I alternate between the "normal" types of routines (2 bodyparts per workout day, 2-3 exercises per bodypart) and Stronglifts.

For my "normal" exercises, I stick to basic, compound movements (squat, DL, dumb bell presses) with varying rep counts.

I'm doing P90X, but as a supplement to my running. I run Ultra Marathons (50 and 100 mile races) so I typically run 80-100 miles per week. I'm hoping that P90X will add a little muscle to my bony body!

+1 on starting strength. been doing the program for the past year and really improved my core/functional strength, hit some good lifting benchmarks. was able to lean out too. now i do more conditioning but the starting strength is a good foundation.

Another vote for Starting Strength. I've been focusing more on weight loss recently, so I run 4x a week and lift 2x a week with their 5x5 program.

I went on bodybuilding.com and just looked up a bunch of different workouts and took a little from each one to make my own...Woked out great! I like to be original
