Has anyone ordered from fischermotorsport?

I ordered euro headlights from here a month ago and still have not received them. I was charged for the item on the day of my order (10/31). According to DHL my shippment will be here by 12/7. Not impressed with the transaction speed.

Anyone ordered from here? What was your experience?

Tracking does not update. It only states the departure date. The DHL rep told me that I should expect the package around 12/7 and told me to contact them if I don't. Waiting and waiting.

DO NOT ORDER GET REFUND!

I am currently in a dispute battle with them. First, they sent me broken euro headlights. They then tried to replace them with "new" headlights. The "new" headlights were actually the original broken ones using hot glue to fix it... (hot glue leveling motor to swivel inside of headlight)

I am currently in a dispute with them. He even had the balls to rebutt my dispute. DO NOT ORDER WITH HIM...

REPEAT

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FISCHER MOTORSPORT!

PS. If you're not satisfied when you receive them I advise to return immediately and ask for a refund. Save all receipts, e-mail conversations, post office notices/stubs, etc. If your situation ends up like mine, you will definately need them to get your money back. I advise you to strongly check the headlights thoroughly. Open up the headlights and make sure everything looks good. I can provide pictures of what he tried to do if you need them.

Heres another horror story from Fischer Motorsport... this guy returned them

Fortunately, my lights seem to be in good shape. They look new. I'll know more this weekend when I get them installed.

Not sure whether I should be happy or mad. They sent me the adaptive headlights instead of the non-adaptive lights I ordered.

Good: They charged me for non-adaptive lights (126EUR difference)
Bad: I can't get them installed and the only way to get them installed could be by the dealer and probably will have to buy additional parts such as foorwell module and maybe light control.

Questions:
1. Should I return and request the right product which could mean at least a month waiting time and hassle of dealing with the customer service and risking getting damaged products as noted in this tread?

2. Or buy additional parts if necessary and carry higher installation costs and at the end end up with adaptive headlights?

3. BTW, Does anyone know if the 325 US Spec with halogen has the same footwell module and light control as the 325 with Xenon?

Thanks

I finally got the lights installed and found a smudge on the inside of the housing on the projector lens. It looks like someone touched the projector with a dirty hand. Can it be cleaned?
