He found the spanners...

Why not buy the VRSF intercooler? It's already very cheap and seems to have decent reviews.

Yes, coilovers now come with the spanners - in fact, the full KW Toolkit in a hard case.

The VRSF 5" Version 2 is supposed to be available next month.

Their KW V2s to suit E8x/E9x are listed on eBay for $2049 USD, which, after exchange rate conversion and a 2.3-2.5% bank account international transfer fee works out to $2380 AUD (give or take a few dollars). On top of this, when the goods enter Australia, Customs will charge 5% duty on the goods ($2380 x 5% = $119 AUD), 10% GST on the combined goods+duty+shipping ($2380+$119+$0 x 10% = $249.90) plus ~$50 for the admin fee, so it works out to $2800 AUD.
On top of that, you may be charged brokerage fees, which have varied between $100 and $500, depending on the broker, and your goods won't be released until you pay those fees.
Granted, they offer free delivery but the actual cost of $2800-$3300 is far from the $1950 that you quoted. I'd be interested to know how you calculated your figure.

I'm surprised MVP Motorsports are doing BMW stuff!
I only have good things to say about them, as I bought LOTS of things from them over the years when I had my Supra. They're one of the biggest brands/shops for Supra parts.
It would be worth contacting them as their shipping is generally pretty good, and they may be able to give a false invoice.

I emailed them, some pieces include shipping (thats where i got KW V2 delivered for $1950), they will also reduce the amount on the invoice to reduce customs charges.

So, based on what you said, you requested to purchase multiple items from them, therefore, they have provided you with their advertised 5% discount. I searched through their items related to a 135i and there wasn't anything remotely of interest to me so I wouldn't get the 5% discount.
You still haven't mentioned but it appears that the purchase price you have quoted will still be in USD, which means that it still needs to be converted into AUD. Unless, you're going to be a party to manipulating the declared value of the goods, the pricing that I referred to above will be accurate.

This is peppered throughout Customs material:
It is an offence to make false declarations to Customs and Border Protection

Something that will probably be of interest to you is that, when Customs calculates the duty and GST payable, it is based on the declared OR assessable value, meaning that, even if a lower value is declared, if this is deemed to be unrealistic or unreasonable given the (new) condition of the goods, then the goods can be assessed at a higher and more representative value. Customs see items of this nature week-in week-out, so they are very well versed in handling these cases.

http://customs.gov.au/site/importingGoodsByPostFaq.asp

You also need to be aware that, if you have an invoice (substantially) underquoted, then you may only be covered for that amount under an insurance claim.

All things to consider, although it seems that you might not be bothered by any of it.
