FS: BMW Performace exhaust and stock exhaust

I have a bmw Performance exhaust for a LCI E90. Its currently on my 2010 328, it was bought in November from a bmw dealer. Practically brand new. Or i have a stock exhaust for a LCI E90 that came off of my car when I put the PE on. looking to get $800 for PE and $300 for stock original bmw exhaust.

anyone know if that will fit on a 08 328xi sedan?
