Buzz Metallic Scratchy Noise

Sometimes on start up, and sometimes noticed during the first gear shift when pulling away. Sounds like a buzzy metallic scratchy noise and finally got it to repeat a few times. Was quick to isolate location.

That's the exhaust flap actuator solenoid.
