Well done WestCoast BMW Sales Team

Credit where credit's due:

I dropped my 318d loaner off this morning, as I am heading away for a week and a bit. Many thanks to Westcoast BMW for the use of it for just over 2 months at no cost to me other than diesel - filled it up only 3 times, from memory, averaged 5.8l/100km mainly city driving.

Well done...

Hopefully, I will be back there next Saturday, the 7th of Dec to collect my baby!

Now that is excellent customer service. 2 months + is a long time as a cost free loan car.

Just a point to note Simon. You may want to change your bottom tag line to reflect the true delivery date, as Dec 2014 is over a year away.

Apparently, there's a guy waiting on an MY14 328 that's in the same situation, he's had a 320 for a while too.

Yup, you got it. the ':' makes all the difference, but will edit to clarify. I don't want to put an exact day yet, until it's confirmed!

I knew exactly what Simon meant. It wasn't (but now is) reflected in the signature clearly.

Garage List
just wondering why they gave you a loan car for such a long time until you wait for your new car, did you trade an existing vehicle through them?

Dead right, danielt - traded thru them at end of 5 year loan period (20 Sept), trade covered (just) the payout, so... The new one was due end of Sept, but the SA strike caused the delay. TANSTAAFL.
