November MF and Residuals

I was just informed via email from my local dealer that the new MF and residuals are the same as October (.00125 and 61% for 10k).

Rumor was that the rate dropped to .00115.

Anyone hear differently?

I think I started that rumor. When I did the math on the new advertised promotion, I was getting a higher payment when I used .00125 MF so kept playing with the rate and .00115 got me to the advertised price. But my math could've been off somewhere.. My CA never got back to me to confirm.

FWIW, I also just plugged the numbers into the lease calculator here and it too comes up with a .00115 MF.

Question new MF ??

I would really appreciate confirmed full November incentives and MF/RV, looks like the only change from October MF ?

I have to finalize my 2014 X5 50i within next few days before delivery.
My October MF=0.00125 (will be using 7MSD for a final 0.00076) and RV 61% for 10K selling price=75500(including 1k loyalty cash) MSRP79675.

any better deals in New England area ?

I called my CA this morning and he again told me the MF/RD is unchanged at 3% and 61% for 10k. I cant think of a reason why he would lie about it.

It makes sense that BMWFS would possibly drop the MF by a few point to drive end of year sales - so who knows.

If I get to the dealer today I will ask to look at the rate sheet.

I agree, no reason to lie about it unless he thinks you can't find out easily enough if it has changed.. I am not saying it has changed, just that the numbers don't add up for a $629 payment in the advertised lease offer. .00125 with the other numbers would yield a $639 payment, so either something is off or it's a .00115 MF now.

So my CA has also confirmed the MF is still .00125, so no change to the program for November. Still think something is off with the advertised special but maybe I was missing something in my calculation.
