AC fans making loud noise

Me and friend's 2012 328i (lux) have this really loud motor whirling noise when you hit medium to max fan speed...

So far the quality of 328 been letting me down! Visited dealer 4 times in 10 months

I will test this out for you later in the day. I havent ran my fan on full before so will be a good test for me. Could you provide some more info on settings you had when this occured? Ie. AC on / AC off . Heat. Cool. Auto. Air recirculation on / off? Does it matter if driving or stationary

I dont get the noise on max. The main forum feedback seems to indicate trapped leaves as the main source but great to hear other feedback.

It is most likely leaves.

I had the same problem with the blower noise and took it to the dealership. They cleaned the leaves and then later installed a part which is apparently a net to cover the aircon intake. No problem since but then again I have only gone through winter after it was installed.

Got to say the compressor is noisy when it comes on though. Ridiculous amount of noise for a BMW.

Thxs all. 10 months in and I've visited BMW 4 times to fix all these quality issues..
1. Parking sensor play up
2. ASS stalled the car twice
3. Navigation panel hairline cracks
4. AC vent....
5. ??

I refuse to look what's under my seat
