Hi Guys,

I'm pretty big into my podcasts.

in my older Z4 i plugged my phone into the car and then played the podcast i wanted to listen to on my phone and the audio came through the car speakers.

just received my new 328i M Sport with extended connectivity and looking to get some advice about how best to listen to my podcasts in the new car.

Here is what i do:

-usually just download the podcasts i subscribe to onto the iphone through the podcasts app on the phone

is it possible to listen to these podcasts in the car through bluetooth?

ideally, the podcasts would come up on the screen and i could select the podcast and then select which episode of the podcast i want to listen to.

is this possible or will i need to plug the phone into the car through the white apple cord?

Yes, just play your podcast via bluetooth if you have extended connectivity.

I am not sure if you can make your selection via i-drive though.

oh ok.

so essentially, just play the podcast episode i want on the phone, then select my phone on the idrive system and it'll just play through?

does the same work for Pandora?

what will the snap in adaptor add for me? will the snap in adaptor allow me to scroll through and play my podcast through the idrive system?
