notice of brake pad replacement
my car is 3 weeks old with 550 miles on it. I start the ignition this morning and I get a message on the screen saying that I need to replace my brake pads. bring it to you local BMW dealer. Theres obviously nothing wrong with my brakes because the car is brand new and they feel perfect.

sorry to hear, yeah, it is a hassel to drive to the dealer for these sort of things. I am sure a sensor was not initialized or the sensor is bad. Should not be a big problem to fix.

Hey man, something is probably wrong with the algorithm in the computer, I had somewhat of the same problem with my oil service, the fse had to hook his computer up to it and change one of the algorithms(which I don’t know why the techs don’t get access to this) But that sucks man. Good luck
