Havana in Oz
Hello Folks,
Here are some shots of the new car. It is a 2013 328 Modern Line in Havana with Oyster Leather and Anthracite trim. I am very impressed with the colour and IMO it looks very classy indeed. I have ordered a M steering wheel which should be here next week. Sorry, can't figure out how to attach more than one pic at a time. |

Personal preference would be to keep the stock grills. Without the Individual High Gloss Shadowline they look a bit out of place to me. Dig the Havana, very nice colour.

Nice. Congrats on your vehicle. How are you enjoying the driving?
I picked up my 328 today and just loved the handling and ride. It was pouring with rain all day but I still had so much fun on the road. So much grip but refined and comfortable as well. |

I just swapped from a 2012 Luxury Line so I know how good they are. This one has different suspension and seats though which both make a huge difference. Be safe. H |

Thanks H. I optioned the sports seats and adaptive suspension as well. I don't have VSS or 19" rims however, just the standard 18" with the lux line. I've upgraded from a 9 year old honda accord euro so I'm just blown away by all the toys and gadgets and the massive improvement in quietness and ride comfort. The smooth 8 speed auto is also incredibly refined. Such a relief for me not to be on the clutch and third pedal while commuting in traffic! What was your production date on the vin tracker? Mine was built 2 May 13.

I love that brown color. I have toyed with the idea of getting it on my next 3er, ideally with red seats, given the current seat colors available. Maybe by the time I get my next one, Canyon Brown or Ivory White will be available. I'd pick either over red, for now, red is my preference.
(I know some folks may take exception with brown over red, but I like it.)

If you want a spare wheel I have one I want to get out of my shed. It has a bit of gutter rash, probably cost around $150 to repair to bring it back to new. Not looking for anything for it but you'd have to pick it up or whatever. Not sure where you are but if you're in Sydney, Virgin Wheels can fix it up. Be safe. H |

I'll think about this, I'm in Sydney near Bondi. Where are you? I don't have a lot of space for a wheel but then again it could come in handy.
