Navigation panel cracked

Hi guys today got in the car and suddenly heard some cracking noise n next thing on the top right hand corner have like 5 crack lines
On the screen

rang BMW they ask me to drop in and take a look n said " that happened to some people before " and ordered a new one for me... Said its under warranty

that's no good.... do you have the business nav or the pro nav?

Hi Guys,

I had the same problem a few weeks back.

I have a Business Nav system and the left hand top side had a number of cracks running from the top to the side.

The dealer was great, said they had experienced a few before and it was replaced under warranty (as expected).

Not sure but dealer did told me they have few issues with that..mine cracked just out of the blue while am driving
