Go to: Settings> General> Bluetooth> slide to tab to right to reveal ON (it's oOFF by default). Bluetooth is now enabled. While your BMW is enabled to search for devices in a non-NAV car or in the "bluetooth is connectable" screen on a car with NAV, your iPhone will display BMW and the last five digits of your VIN. Press "BMW12345" on your iPhone screen and your iPhone will pair to your BMW.
