From personal experience, be very careful.
I use a computer monitor cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth. I also keep a small swiffer wipe in my car to dust it periodically. I had my F10 detailed by a quality shop a year ago when they inadvertently scratched the Nav screen with a finger nail. They tried to clean off the marks using some of their cleaning products and removed the anti glare coating from the screen rendering it unusable. Cost them $4300 to have the BMW dealer replace the screen and to have the car recoded.

I use the micro-fibre cloths that you can get at Canadian Tire. Unless it is a dirt smudge, I don't use any cleaner. But any cleaner that works on your TV or monitor screen should do the trick.
