split folding seats

I am finding conflicting information on this so I thought I would ask. I made a deal for a 2013 328 xdrive sport yesterday. But I am not sure if it comes with split folding seats or not. Anyone know if this is an option or standard?

Thanks

According to this, you have to order premium package, it is standard on 335's and active hybrid

Crap. Thanks for the info. It is sad that a simple thing as this has to be part of a premium package.

Well at least its an option...a lot of luxury vehicles do not offer folding seats (i.e. Infiniti's G35/G37, Lexus ES 350 etc.)
