Based on January incentives (3.9% lease rate):
6.5% ($3334.50) off MSRP from the dealership and $1,500 factory incentive.

Total off MSRP: $4834.50 or ~9.5%

As my car will only arrive this month, I can always take the March incentive, which is a lease rate of 1.9% (-$500 from the dealership to qualify and no more $1.500 factory incentive). Overall a lower lease payment.

From what I've been told it costs the dealership $500 to give someone the 1.9%, add that to your 7% and you're at 8% off MSRP.

$3,675 + $500 = $4,175
$4,175/$52,500 = ~8%

Was that all from the dealership? Or was there an additional factory incentive?

All dealer discount, 1.9% APR is BMW Canada incentive.

The finance charge is what I am not sure about. However, it was to my understanding that if I had 3.9% as interest, it will end up costing ~$2500 more in implicit finance charge. What was your implicit finance charge?

I think BMW Canada makes the dealers kick in $500 per vehicle to subsidize the lease rate. That was the case when I got my X1 last year.

how do you find about factory incentives? are they on bmw websites?

i'm new to this forum. I am almost certain that I would be leasing a F30 or F31.

The fastest way is to call up the dealer.

I spent a lot of time shopping at different dealers, and the best I got was the cost price (as per CCC) + 2.5% markup for the dealer.

F30 Sports Line with Premium and Executive Package. MRSP was $56,994 and the cost price was around 51k. I ended up paying a little below 53k.

They also had in incentive of 1000$ which they never tell you about unless you know.
