TVandNav2Go fullscreen?

I just installed a TVandNav2Go and am testing it. Using a ps2 (temp) for the input device. But for some reason its not using up the whole iDrive screen. This is what i see.

How do i set it up so i get use of the whole iDrive screen?

Which button on the remote changes this? I do not have the instructions I just followed the DIY.

If you have this remote then '4:3' button should do the trick.

Have you connected IR (Infrared) receiver in the TVNAV2GO unit ?
That receiver accepts your remote control signals.

Yes, the IR is connected. I am able to switch between iDrive and RBG, AV1, AV2 with the blue AV button. I can use the menu button, brightness and contrast. Its just when I press the 4:3 it doesn't seem to do anything. On the back of my unit it had switch #5 in the opposite position as the other switches. I'm wondering if maybe that needs to be fixed.

My video input is on AV1 if that makes a difference.

The whole iDrive screen is 16:9 ratio so looks to me like the video you are inputting is set for a 4:3 format. Have you tried setting your ps2 for widescreen output? (Also I remember something about not all games are widescreen capable.) Hope this helps.

Agreed.
OP, if you go to the options menu in GT you should be able to chose what ratio you want.

Thanks for all your inputs. I actually had the PS2 system on 16:9 and the game also 16:9. The key to fix this was to not touch any of the dip switches on the back of the TVandNav2Go unit. I bought this unit but it had 1 switch moved so I reversed this and everything works great now and I can use the full display of the iDrive.
