**********s delayed shipments?
Is anyone else experiencing a delay in shipping from them? I emailed on the Aug 3rd, for tracking on a wheel set and painted reflectors with no response. I'm not trying to start anything here, just a bit concerned. Anyone else having an issue?

yeah, they have terrible customer service. I purchased a painted front license plate holder from them, i got no calls/e-mails/notifications that the part is back ordered. Their website states that it's in stock and no where on the website does it show it's backordered.
So i finally get in touch with them and they said it's backordered. Two weeks go buy and still no update. Then i finally requested a refund and cancel my order, they still haven't given me a refund. I finally ended up taking my bracket to the local body shop and getting it painted for 35 bucks, as apposed to paying for 70 bucks for a damn holder that's in back order for god knows how long. bottom line: horrible service, will never buy anything from them again.

I just tried to email them and for some reason they are not accepting any emails...I have been waiting since July 20th for a reimbursement of a product that i purchased on APRIL 18TH...That is crazy business ethics...I own my own business but i have been patient...Today is August 7th...Please open up your email priveleges to me so i can give you my info to remind you guys...I have been patient and i don't want to bash your company but please make ammends A.S.A.P...I mean its only $85 dollars but its my money and i want it back...My invoice number is 1176921955

Strange, I bought a few things from them in May, including over a $2,000 set of wheels and tires and they had great service and communication was excellent via email.

yeah, this whole "e-mail only" policy is bullshit.
i wish i had read the group buy thread before making my purchases, it's only 70 bucks, but that's 70 bucks could have gone towards something else.

Im having the same problem with them today on getting the status of an order. Very SLOW and TERRIBLE customer service - will never buy from them again.

I had to cancel a few things I got from them.They refunded the money right away.It was actually bimmians fault but I bought them from **********s and they're communication isnt that great.other than that im happy with **********s.
