Okay:
1. I see the car has iDrive. How does upgrading the speakers and amps affect the the navigation? Are the navigation voice instructions still at a similar volume to the OEM set-up? 2. Did the car have bluetooth? If so, is the volume for the bluetooth similar to the OEM set-up? 3. Did the car have Logic7? If so, does using the Logic7 DSP make the cleansweep go crazy? I love car audio. However, with the E90 I haven't even thought about touching the OEM system given how much I rely on the bluetooth and the navigation. I would appreciate if you could answer these questions.

The car DOES have bluetooth and logic7 - We have calibrated the summing module and cleansweep to reproduce the factory bluetooth volume/navi voice extremely close to what it was before, as well as the PDC volume.
The DSP doesn't affect the cleansweep at all actually - everything was set FLAT to calibrate and the DSP was set to normal. Once calibrated, we turned it on and played with the factory settings and the cleansweep stayed within calibration with no problems. The system is NIGHT AND DAY to the factory setup. |
