Would you describe this finish as gloss or matte, or somewhere in between? Also, is it a light silver, like most OEM finishes, or a shade darker maybe?

The finish is a gloss, but at some angles it seems semi-gloss. It really depends on the angle you look at the the wheel, some is brighter silver than others, but definitely not as bright as for say an OEM silver wheel.
