what is good ED deal?

I am looking at doing ED (for 330i) in the near future and was wondering what a good deal over ED invoice is? Also, is it okay to go in the winter to Munich to take delivery of the car? If people from Houston or the surronding area could respond with deals that they have gotten would be very helpful in my negotiations. You can PM me with details if you want to share specific prices. Really looking forward to my car!!!

I order my ED (325XI) last week of sept 05...picking up in Munich on Dec 7th 05.
MSRP was $42620....got it for $38000 ($1200 over ED invoice) Total saving $4615.
