Blackberry 7100i
Hi,
I am getting a Blackberry 7100i to try out tomorrow. Has anyone used one of these phones with their BMW bluetooth? Does it work well? Does it upload everything OK? Any problems encountered? Thanks for any help with this, i have been waited to use this feature for awhile. |

Did you have luck pairing your 7100? We have my wifes Motorola paired fine but I have a 7100 for my business use. I have never tried to pair it so I'm curious if you had luck.

Good Luck!
One thing you might want to try is going to: options-blutooth-paired car-device properties-trusted, put a YES in that field so it will just allow connection instead of asking if you want to allow connection everytime you get in the car. |

I have the BlackBerry 8703e with Verizon, and love it. I have Progman 25.02.00
I have never had a cell phone work so seamlessly with the Bluetooth until now. I was just about to give up hope with the so-called Smart Phones, but this one is ergonomic, user friendly, and well thought out to function as a PHONE. All numbers load into the iDrive screen, and voice commands work like a charm. "Call John Doe Mobile" or "Call John Doe Home" |

teotaj, You must have been reading my mind. I paired my 7100i and everthing worked great, even all my contacts came acrossed. I did find it a PITA that I had to tell the phone it was ok every time I got in the car. Thanks for your tip on the putting the YES in the field in properties now everything works:rocks:
