Motorola Razr V3C re-pairing

I find myself having to re-pair my Razr phone occationally, maybe every 4-5 days. Is anyone else experiencing this ? Do you know what causes this?

I have the same phone and have had to pair the device 2 times since I took delivery a month ago.
