Just ordered

Just placed an order on my 3rd E92. Someone tookover the lease on my 2010, I looked at Audi, Cadillac and even Mercedes and still came back to the e92.

Heres what I got

2011 335i coupe 6MT
Mineral White
Coral Red
Msport
Premium Package
Navigation
Comfort Access
Ipod
Sat Radio
BMW Apps

The car listed for 54,xxx

The deal

636 tax in 12k miles a year 27 months 2500 total down.

I shopped it around and it came in about 40 less then anywhere else. I bought from the guy who always sells me my car, and is always fair with me.

Car should be in in 6-8 weeks. Let the waiting game begin.

Yes, still on the fence. My last least I had 15k and was way under. Still might go 15k miles. Not sure.

AWESOME choice, mineral white + coral is stunning. Just stunning.

Nice to see another standard transmission driver. You're joined a select crowd. This car is a blast. The M sport package comes with a short-throw shifter, making it even more fun. Also has an M badged dead pedal. You probably have that on your '10 I think.

Good price too, you got a good deal.

You'll like the new headlights on the '11 over your '10 a lot.

Congrats!!

Yeah I have all that on my 2010. I didn't get it exactly as I wanted it last time I wanted red interior and nav, but 6mts are impossible to find. Someone wanted to take over my lease and I had a chance to get exactly what I wanted, figured I would order. I already had a black 2009 and 2010, thought I would give mineral white a whirl. Yeah I really like both the headlights and tailights, very cool.

sounds good, have you considered an 335is? i had ordered a 335 with the same color combo and changed it to an is at the last minute. those 19 inch 313 wheels are awesome, not to mention the exhaust, diffuser, black mirrors.

my car is being built right now, how can you change it last minute? I assume you changed it before it started to be built. I did consider it, I have a 2010 right now with all the bmw perf parts including exhaust and it sounds great. The is built the way I want it would probably be another 5k and at least 100 more a month. Not worth it to me.

Seems your dealer had an order already scheduled and they modified that production to match your order, so your order went into production quick. Once it enters production (status code 150) the order cannot be changed, but before it enters p[roduction, the order can be changed/corrected to match what you want.

For some, depending on the dealer's available slots, it can take a week or a couple weeks to enter production from the time the order is placed, so there is more buffer for the order to be changed.

Congrats on the new car order though, the wait is tough, but it will be worth it in the end!

Are you swapping those parts over?

I'm considering doing the BMW Perf. exhaust since it's relatively inexpensive and keeps the warranty. How do you like it vs. stock?

About your dilemma ... idk man, mineral white looks amazing. I personally would spend the extra $40. Just me though.

I never had a blue car before and wanted to try something different.

please post pictures, that color combo sounds nice (even for someone like myself, who isn't a huge fan of red interior).

i think you also got a fantastic deal, did you put down any MSD (multiple security deposits)?
