Headlight washer holes...how much to fill?

I want to buy an Mtech bumper. it has headlight washer holes...I don't have headlight washers.

How much will it cost me to fill them (I have to repaint the bumper anyway)? Looking for something like in pics below (this thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...=511883&page=3)

I will call 360 auto tomorrow, read a lot of good things about them on here....but will I be able to fill these without them sinking in a few months when the bumper stretches with the heat etc? Just looking for advice/info until then.

If not, I'll just put the caps on and leave em like that.

id leave the caps on. or buy the bumper with no headlight washers. filling is gonna get spendy with body work, not worth it.

Yeah I would go someplace other then 360 IMO.

Why not just keep the caps on? It doesn't look bad imo..
