@2007335i - Thanks man! The song is Audiomachine - Lachrimae
@ADV.1 Matt - Wow thanks thats a huge compliment for me! I have used the ADV.1 videos as inspiration and has helped me learn techniques although I have a long way to go. Getting a Glidecam shipped on Monday so may be doing some glidecam stuff soon and will post it!

Nice cars & good video editing.
I'd highly recommend getting a Filmtools Gripper 3025 camera mount for shooting outside the car (if you don't already have one). Also good choice on the Glidecam. I'm sure you already though of this, but you might want to tether/secure the camera to the mount, or something inside the car when doing outside "rolling" shots. Last thing you want it the camera to visit the road... Keep up the good work. Look forward to more videos! |

Will definitely be looking into getting a mount like that, probably safer than me hanging half outside of the filmer car (e36) Do you think it will hold my fx1000 securely?

Your HDR-FX1000 weighs a bit over 4lbs, so it would work perfect on the mount. Also, the mount is only $90 I personally would attach a rope/string/etc to the camera itself after installed on the mount, then tie it somewhere inside the car; just in case the mount looses vacuum during a shoot. (Not my picture, and I am in no way affiliated with FilmTools, just highly recommend their products from personal experience) |

Oh wow, in the pictures on their site it looks so small, but there it looks beefy. Do you have any test video's with it?
