New Wheels: Alufelgen SF-71 + some MTB content...
I finally lost my patience and installed my SF-71's. I was going to wait a couple more weeks for some more of these moon crates in the NY roads to get filled but it was just too nice yesterday!
I am on stock ZSP suspension right now. I was actually surprised how good it looked. I might go with Eibach Pro's but am a little concerned to turn it into a snowplow because I do drive it in all conditions. Thanks to Alan************ for having these in stock at a great price with great service! These are just a few phone pics for now: Garage shot, just installed... Another garage shot... At the trail-head this morning... Last edited by sonorous; 04-13-2011 at 07:01 AM.. |

Thanks guys for all the nice comments! I have had her since birth and starting to mod a bit recently to keep things interesting. A BMW black performance grill is on its way from Tischer!
About the ride height, I would say it looks good but not great. Any higher at all and it would look like a truck but it is acceptable. I know that the Eibach Pro's would be perfect. I may hold out a little bit until the shock need replacement. For me the deciding factor will be a sunny day. All of these shots were taken in overcast conditions with diffused light. I find this to be much more friendly for car pics. I know I could take a picture with direct sun and a bad angle that would result in 2 pages of "Needs a Drop". Here is another dead side shot. I will break out the SLR next week. I did not feel like lugging it around on Sunday. |
