I had the same problem deciding and went with the m3, it makes it look a lot different. I love how it looks, but the only problem is that there are no nice lips for the m3 and with the mtech you have a millions different lips to choose.
But just go with what you like the most.

Yea ive seen that one but I dont like it that much

This one looks way better but it wont fit the rep m3

Or it you want both, you can put the M3 one on the front and the Mtech on the rear.
