3M Clear Shield Installer?
Hey All,
Anyone know a good 3M Clear Shield installer in the Seattle Tacoma area? I have an '08 335xi and commute from Gig Harbor to Bellevue every day. I have gone through two foglights over the course of the winter and my headlights are getting pitted from all the gravel and crap on the roads. I am going to get the foglights replaced and the headlights buffed out. After that I need some way of protecting me car. I hate all the rock chips! Any suggestions??? Kerry |

Accutint in Bellevue/Seattle wants 700 to do the full front bumper, headlights, door cups, fogs, 1/4th of the hood and part of the fenders. 3m film too but I don't know which particular one.
John @ Metropolitan Detail wants ~900 to do the same but with 3m venture shield, which is top notch material.

Excellent. Thanks for the advice. I will give them a call at Accutint and see if I can get some details out of them. You know anyone that has used them and liked their work? Installing that stuff is a PITA. I know it...the pricing on that stuff is all labor. I want to make sure I can find someone that isn't going to leave a bunch of bubbles or creases.

I would go to Metropolitan. They use venture shield which is thicker then clear bra, and they tuck it ( unlink most installers in this area) so you won't be able to tell you have it installed. You can get a cheaper price too, if you ask nice
