photoshop help please.

hey guys i was just curious if anyone had time to do a quick photoshop for me i don't have a program to do so. i would like the stock wheels on my 335 powder coated black so i would like to see how that looks photoshopped, and if possible if you could put a red ring around the wheel like time attacks, im thinking about that but don't know how it would look with stock wheels thank u.

here you go, i tried the red lip but it looked plain ugly.. tinted your windows too free of charge haha
