Vishnu N55 Large Chargepipe

Hi guys,
Here's our prototype n55 chargepipe. It's massive at 3.25" OD. Fits perfectly and doesn't budge once installed. No welds and a constant radius bend entering the throttle body. The 2.5-to-3.25" transition occurs smoothly in the silicone elbow, not abruptly in the pipe or at the throttle body. The idea here was to keep turbulence and charge velocity at the minimum conceivable levels. Not only does this minimize pressure loss, it also improves methanol atomization and distribution. The thick wall aluminum pipe also allows the Aquamist nozzle adapters to be screwed directly into the pipe which means no additional bung welds.

Wow well looks like i am adding one more thing to my list.. LOL... Those intake manifolds look like they need to be REPLACED ASAP!

Shiv are those things plastic? LOL

We should have them ready for sale the week after next. They will all be powercoated black unless anyone prefers unfinished aluminum like me. I prefer that myself but I'm weird that way.

The intake manifold design is actually pretty darn good. Smooth transmissions, good sized runners, decent plenum volume. Plastic is good since it doesn't conduct heat. And it's also light!
