its brad, but he has been great. how ever..... he is going to be gone when i show up so i just wanted to know how it is there or who has done business with them. like i said before, the guam dealership does not know anything. when they got my final payment. the rep gave me a email with all the emails/phone numbers on it for ever i need to contact and said "thanks" and he avoids me like the wind now. hints why i feel like bmw is a great car but dealerships are the devil. hope to get some good info back

I have had the pleasure of dealing with them...even got a flat when I was there and they took care of it right away. Good people, very helpful, be thankful your not going to Kuni.

then again he also states that simple things should come free. not charge xtra. this is not a toyota or a ford. its not like am asking for free upgrade on rims. but then again from the dealers in guam i got a email with all the contact info once i give them the full amount and was told "take care" and never could talk to my dealer again with out stalking him down. so like i state before. great car. shitty dealers. unless proven other wise.

Heath - normally we provide floor mats to our clients as a cost of doing business when someone buys a car from us.

As this is a "courtesy delivery" and we aren't profiting from this transaction - that's why you're buying your own floormats.

Sorry...

Do you guys mean new cars don't come with floor mats? I was told so but I never seen one that has no floor mats when picked up.

5 and 7 series come with carpet floor mats. 3's and X's don't have them included (Many X3/X5 drivers opt for rubber hence them not being included on that car).

Not sure about the Z4

either way, just strange that you have to buy them for a 3. i could understand the 1's. i get the 5's and 7's. just have to go out and find some nice ones. talked to the dealer i delt with, the head office and the pick up dealer and i just keep hearing from all of them its a "courtesy" order/pick up/great deal... so on and so on. happy that am getting a car at a great deal.

About half the 3 series cars we deliver leave with rubber mats; the choice to be made may be another reason that they aren't sent with the car.
