what exactly is done when you guys say "redrilled"? is the bolt pattern modified? if so ,how do they go about that? anymore info on how this is done?

How do you increase the bolt pattern to BMW 5x120, do they plug the old holes and drill new once?

The holes are drilled 3mm further out on each hole, then inserted for reinforcement!!
