Winter Mode Activated... Vinyl wrap Torture!
So this year instead of driving around my little Hyundai, I was like Eff it. might as well drive the Bimmer in the winter.
I was pleasantly surprised how well this thing handles in the snow. This pic is after the car was raised! i realize how low it is now. My front lip will have to be replaced, as it serves as a snow plow in the winter PS: the Vinyl is holding up great. I wash her down every week, and have no issues with all the road salt / snow etc.

Props to you for not letting the T-dot winters compromise the look of your car. Great to get feedback on the vinyl and salt situation.

In all honestly the last thing i would love to do to this thing is boost it. I only dream about AA or someone like them stepping up to the plate and making a kit for the N52's. But stay tuned, there will be atleast 2 magazine shoots this spring / summer

Hey man, I am new to the forums and just got my first beemer (picking up tomorrow). I was wondering how the vinyl has held up all winter. A lot of people say you need to be really careful with it, I would wash it once a week and it will be stored overnights in a heated garage. Did you need to re-wrap any parts after the winter or anything like that. Thanks for any help you can give me. I can afford 3000 if it'll last a couple of years, but if I'm going to need to re-wrap every spring its not worth it to me.
