not in all places its the "cartel" i think its only in the north of the country, in other states too but is not so hard like u think,,, in states like puebla or veracruz is less dangerous.. if you dont go out very late or things like that dont pass anything.... the "bad people" preferes trucks like hummer, lobo, expedition or things like that,.. but they asalt people how have bms m-benz. porsche..etc. but thye dontsteal the car
