LUX 2.0 Pictures **56k.. eh... **

The LUX 2.0 are awesome. I'd say they're roughly about the same color as LUX 1, but they are definitely brighter. I am running a stock xenon with xenesis fog setup, and the LUX matches perfectly. I'm overall very pleased with the result. mds82 did a fantastic job!

In these pictures, I think the rings appear to be more blue than they actually are. They're more of a white-matching the stock xenons.

I sort of messed around with this picture and I thought it looked cool....

Alpine - thanks for posting the pics. I'm glad to see that they match the OEM angel HID's perfectly, and they look bright enough as well. There isnt any FS thread yet, i need to work out some more details and such.

Just so you know, in this pic the coloring is NOT right, they are much too blue in this picture

The top picture is the most accurate representation i think of the true color of them

If people have 6000K HID's then once i put them up for sale talk to me, because they dont match.

I agree. Not sure why the angel eyes look more blue in the pictures. As I said earlier, whatever color they may 'look' like, they're basically the same as the stock xenon- white, as you can see in my sig. The first picture definitely looks the closest (and that last picture... )

Looks good, and the angel eyes on the e90 looks better then the ones on the e92.

Today on my way to work, it was kind of overcast, so instead of turning on my xenons, I just turned on the angel eyes (I know some of you hate it when people drive with just the parking lights.. but bare with me) and when I got up behind cars, I could REALLY see the reflection of the LUX on their car. I've already tested the visibility of these during the day with bright sunshine, and they're basically invisible. But I was really pleased to see how bright they are in cloudy situations.

Let me just say that they looked great (looked like OEM except white vs OEM yellow). This would be very hard for me to pass up if it is the right price.

Would you shed some light on why you think the e90 halo rings looks better then the e92? Anyone is welcome to paticipate. Maybe a side by side comparison. I dont see where it looks better?

Personally, I think they look better because they're even. On the e92, one ring is brighter than the other. I think the e90's looks cleaner.

so it can't be a daytime running light then... ?

I remember at the last queens meet, mds had his on all the time, and it was visible during the day from my rear view.. I know this because i kept paying attention to his angel eyes than the road when ever he was behind me lol

I assume that from most angles in the day light/sunshine, its not visible, just like the OEM angel eyes right?
