Long story short

I ordered a carbon fiber spoiler,
but their stocks ran low because a few spoilers (ordered before me) came back damaged so the wait was a little longer.

Andy from iCarbon was more than understanding, and offered a refund which I took (hate waiting >_<).

Will definately do business with them in future.
