ya 90 in a 70, was passing someone to get to my exit and a state trooper came over the hill on the other side of the highway and turned around and pulled me over

dont waste ur time with traffic school. ticket clinic is the way to go. I recommend 1-800-citation. worked for me twice in under a year. court fees second time tho =(

You can only use traffic school once in a 12 month period and five times in a 10 year period. The cop responsible for writing the ticket should have either said this or given you a handout explaining this with the ticket.

Since it's your second ticket in a 12 month period and you can't use traffic school, it's best to get a lawyer to simply avoid the points. You're still more than likely going to have to pay the cost of the ticket and court costs, but at least you don't get the points.

u dont have to tell your parents. just call ticket clinic and check ur mail every day so they dont see the court date papers u get sent in the mail lol

you are not always safe, i have a bunch of friends that are cops and i've tested a V1 with their different speeding guns and by the time my V1 picks them up they already got me and it's too late. with or without laser.

just for your info when on : coral gables, south miami, and pinecrest beware they all use laser guns so in these areas you are toast, metro and all other districts have a mix of laser and the regular guns.

Ticket clinic is your best bet.

I used to have to use them every couple months years back and at one point they got me off of two 30+ MPH speeding tickets over the course of one long weekend. If you're getting tickets at that rate though the court fees are the ones that will get you. And lately since everyone's looking for any type of revenue they can get it seems as court costs have been going up and up.

About two months after that weekend I got another ticket and used traffic school for the first time ever since I knew it would be much cheaper than the court costs I would be charged. I think I also started driving much slower and less aggresively at that point since I was sick of making the Ticket Clinic and the city richer.

Will I have to go to court?

btw I did get hit with laser so it wouldnt have matter if i had a v1 or not

When you use a lawyer, they appear in court on your behalf... so you don't have to go.
