How to get the best deal on an '07 - '09

pre-owned.
Is CPO worth it?
I see this month has "That means you’ll pay nothing for
maintenance for up to 6 years or 100,000 miles."

I saw this offer too. Does this mean the original comprehensive factory warranty is extended 2 years/50k miles???

Do we get CPO on top of that?

Even if we don't thats a great deal...

CPO is the extension.

Hmm if that was the case, then why would they say its a special offer that expires march 31st 2010?

If it was just the cpo warranty then they wouldn't put out ads like that

The CPO designation and the extended free maintenance deal that expires on 3/31 are two separate items. I confirmed with the sales rep that I've been dealing with on a CPO 328i coupe. The catch with the extended free maintenance is that you have to choose between it and one of their low financing offers, which in my case was going to be 2.9%.

Sales rep said the extended maintenance plan costs $2,095.00 as an ala carte item on a purchase.

2.9% is an option for a short term which very few opt for.

2.9% is for up to 66 months according to a dealer today.

Here's a tip: don't offer a dealer 20% less than their asking price if you don't want to piss them off. Those guys are moody!
