I used JMK BMW in Springfield. Did most everything over the phone/email so it was real easy. These guys just gave me the best price right off the bat and nobody else would touch it.
OPen road actually told me if I could my car at the price I paid from JMK to go for it. |

Yeah, definitely go with JMK. I bought my car last August and they gave me the best price right off the bat. Ask for Chris Laurenzi (Internet sales dept.) - Great guy very knowledgable...I call him all the time asking what new prices and offers are out. Tell him Dave sent you. Let us know what happens

Open Road was awful. They gave me a price of 1k below MSRP on the 335i sedan that I wanted (it was going to be built). I asked Open Road for 2k below MSRP (since I got that deal from another dealer - not JMK). I told Open Road and they told me: "The numbers you have gotten do not make sense considering the market on the car. I truly do not believe that any dealer would do that deal. One thing you have to keep in mind is where you are going to service your car. I can give you a very aggressive deal on the car, but not at the price you are asking for. If they tell you they cant do the deal, which I believe will happen, then do not hesitate to get in touch." Well guess what Open Road? I signed the paper work and now I'm just waiting for the pick up from JMK at 2.5k below MSRP (about 1k above invoice). - SR |

Open Road has lousy management. I have lost track of the number of salesman I have befriended there who have left because they were unhappy.
Open Road's management gives good deals only to certain "friends" or referrals from these "friends" or so I've been told. Everyone else gets the B.S. E-mail that sr47567 got or something similar. Their service is O.K. ..I go there 'cause its close. Lucky for me I have another car to drive since they won't give me a free loaner as I didn't buy my 330 there. |

Avoid Open Road.. Originally sat with a salesman named Lester. Trying to lease a 330 sedan. Price went from $620 a month to $550 a month in a matter of minutes. I went to a few other dealerships and I realistic price was about $510 a month.
The sales manager called me up, (forgot his name) was a decent guy, but I refuse to do business with someone who tried to rip me off $110 a month. Long story short, I waited for the 3 coupes and ordered one from BMW Manhattan

Also avoid Morristown BMW if you can, the best deal they can give you is only 1k under MSRP, very slow with email turn around, seem like they don't even want to deal with you over the email. I order my through JMK BMW, very happy with the deal.

I ordered and bought my E91 from open road last December. At first they are giving me the inflated money factor, and the usual "how much do I want to pay a month" BS. I showed them a copy of the lease rate posted in this forum and gave them the price that I am willing to pay. After 10 min of "talking to his manager", and we agreed on the price and lease rate that I wanted. I spent like an hour there negotiating and signing paper work. I got my car six weeks later and my salesman is pretty good on returning my call and provided me the status of my car, the process was pretty smooth.
If you do your homework researching the price and the lease rate of the car you want to buy, I think they are ok. I think it is true for all the dealers, they are not going to sell you the car at the lowest price when you first come into the dealership. BTW, they give free floor mats on all the cars they sell and I got a key chain from them when picking up my car :-) |

Be careful with JMK BMW, I thought I got the amazing deal at first, so I secure it with a deposite, SA told me will be about a week I will have the production number, then I start to find out they have no allocate slot left and keep coming up with excuse so yeah they give out good deal, but you end up waiting 16 weeks to get the car, normally around 8 to 9 weeks, so the deal is not that great as I thought to be........I really believe they playing game. So after 3 weeks of waiting and still no production number, I finally call it off today and go to Prestige BMW.

Just so happen the car i wanted was on a ship that was docking the night i made the deal. The Dealers have the capability to see all inventory on the ships that have departed from europe and also see what dealership the cars are going to.

yes very possible.. any car i ever ordered was never found or in any dealer inventory.. especially now that i have coral red interior. I dont think any dealer orders red int for their inventory.. maybe 1 tops. You got lucky man. We all waited 6-8 weeks..some people waiting more than 8 weeks now. |
